Can I use NJFLI intermittently?

Yes, if you are claiming benefits on an intermittent schedule, you may receive up to 56 individual days (8 weeks) of Family Leave benefits within a 12-month period. You must certify that you did not work on the days you are claiming. To do this, you must sign your partial leave schedule after you have taken those days off. You then need to send NJFLI the signed schedule or they cannot pay your benefits
